Blackbirdz did our renovation/ addition from foundation to roof, in 2022-2033. Everything that remained standing was stripped to the studs in the demolition phase and all the footings had to be replaced under the existing structure- no easy feat. Their approach was cost-effective and the quality of their work was excellent. Where they used subcontractors in specialty areas like electric, HVAC, and plumbing, those subs were also a pleasure to work with. The communication and responsiveness of the Blackbirdz team was far beyond my expectations, and that level of collaboration went beyond us to our architect as well. We recommend them highly and without any reservations!
